Seize the Power – Know Your Rights!

Knowledge is power, and if you want to understand the retirement or health care benefits provided by your employer, the Employee Benefits Security Administration has the knowledge you need.

EBSA oversees millions of retirement, health and other private employment-based benefit plans. We develop regulations, enforce the law, and assist and educate workers covered by these benefit plans – as well as employers, plan officials and service providers.

This week, EBSA is participating in National Consumer Protection Week, a coordinated campaign to encourage Americans to make better-informed decisions and take full advantage of their consumer rights.

EBSA has a wide variety of resources to help you understand the many protections under the law: booklets, workshops, webcasts, online calculators, FAQs, videos and more.
